Sorry, I've been a HUGE blog slacker lately...but I made a new printable that I thought I would share with you to make up for my absence!! I've been locing the eye chart printables, so I decided I would make on of my own!
Thanks for all of your emails checking up on me! So sweet, and they all made my day!! I hope to get back into the blog world, I have a TON of projects that I have done, I just need to upload the photos and put them on here to share!!
